Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Policy Statement
Frontline prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption. We do not condone, facilitate, or support bribery or other forms of corruption, either directly or indirectly, regardless of who is involved. This policy applies to all individuals working at all levels of our organization, including directors, employees (whether permanent, fixed-term, or temporary), consultants, contractors, trainees, seconded staff, casual workers, volunteers, and any other person associated with us.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Frontline strictly adheres to all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws, including the South African Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act, 2004

Gifts and Hospitality
Gifts and hospitality should never be used to gain an unfair business advantage. No employee or associated person should offer, give, solicit, or accept any gift or hospitality which could be viewed as an attempt to sway a business decision.

Donations and Sponsorships
All donations and sponsorships made by or on behalf of Frontline must be legal, ethical, and transparent. They will not be used as a means to cover up bribery or corruption.

Reporting of Suspected Bribery or Corruption
All Frontline staff and associates have a responsibility to prevent, detect, and report instances of bribery and corruption. We encourage openness and support anyone who raises genuine concerns, even if they turn out to be mistaken.

Consequences for Non-Compliance
Non-compliance with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. In addition, individuals can face prosecution under relevant laws, which can result in imprisonment and/or fines.

Policy Review and Update
This policy will be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure it remains effective and in line with applicable laws and regulations.
